I've done this digital painting a few years ago during the CG art contest "Grand Space Opera" organized by CGSociety.org. I've put this one in the category "Anime & Manga" since it is obviously inspired by Final Fantasy, thought the painting style is influenced by Vermeer, Rembrandt, and Beksinski.
